Welcome to the brain upgrade you never knew you needed. This 12-week program is built to help students ages 8–25 strengthen their minds, master their emotions, and unlock better decision-making, before the brain is fully developed at age 25. Rooted in Amen University's proven methods, this program blends science, self-discovery, and fun into a powerful weekly format that builds real-life skills that stick. Here’s What You Can Expect Each Week: Weekly Themes Each week focuses on a brain-boosting topic—like focus, nutrition, mindset, memory, emotional regulation, screen habits, relationships, and more. In-Person sessions that break down complex neuroscience into fun, relatable lessons anyone can understand (and actually use). Interactive Activities Each week includes hands-on tools like: Journaling prompts LEGO-based brain-building challenges Visualization and mindfulness exercises Nutrition hacks Real-life habit-building missions Supportive Community or 1:1 Check-Ins Depending on your format, students can share insights, ask questions, and track progress—either in a group or 1:1 setting. This creates accountability and keeps the momentum going. Real-World Application Everything we teach is meant to be practiced in real life. From building better study habits to managing emotions at home or with friends. By Week 12, Students Will: Understand how their brain works and how to protect it Know how to manage stress, anxiety, and peer pressure Be equipped to make smarter decisions about tech, sleep, food, and friends Have a toolbox full of lifelong mental health skills Feel more confident, resilient, and in control of their life
