Service Description
Before we dive into your healing journey, it’s important to make sure I can truly support you and your unique needs. This consultation is a chance for us to connect, discuss your goals, and see if we’re aligned before starting one of my 12-week programs -- Brain Thrive by 25 or Overcome Anxiety, Depression, Trauma + Grief. In this call, we’ll explore where you are now, where you’d like to be, and how I can help you get there. You’ll have a safe space to share, ask questions, and get clarity on the next steps. My goal is to ensure you feel confident, supported, and empowered before we begin. Let’s find out if this is the right path for you, together.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. All payments are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, your payment can be applied toward a future rescheduled appointment. To reschedule, please email me at support@theneurobae.com or use the reschedule link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance. Missed consultations or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Thank you for honoring this policy — it helps me respect my time and continue supporting all clients with care.
