Service Description
I created Yap Sessions because I know what it’s like to grow up without a safe space. No one to really listen without judgment, no place to just let it out. So I built the space, for you. This is a judgment-free zone where you can vent, share what’s on your mind, and feel heard. I’m not a therapist but I am a licensed brain health specialist offering an open ear, honest conversation, and practical advice to help you process what you’re going through. Whether you need to talk it out, clear your head, or sort through life’s messiness, I’m here to hold space for you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your Yap Session. Payments are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, your payment can be applied to a future rescheduled session. To reschedule, please email me at support@theneurobae.com or use the reschedule link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Thank you for honoring this policy — it helps me respect my time and support all clients with care.
